At Chem EnRich, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable B2B chemical marketplace. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to our plans or purchasing sponsorship services.

1. General Policy

All fees charged on Chem EnRich are for services rendered in facilitating business connections, product listings, and marketplace visibility. Refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Plans

⚠️ Important: Chem EnRich does not offer refunds for subscription plans once the subscription has been activated. This includes all monthly and yearly plans (e.g., Silver, Gold, Diamond).

Subscription fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable.
We do not provide prorated refunds for early cancellations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

Example: If you purchase a yearly Silver plan and cancel after 3 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 9 months. The subscription will remain active until the end of the 12-month period.

3. Sponsorship Plans

⚠️ Important: Chem EnRich does not offer refunds for sponsorship plans once the sponsorship is approved and activated.

All sponsorship fees (e.g., Featured Supplier, Featured Product, Category Sponsorship) are non-refundable.
Once a sponsorship is approved and goes live, no refunds will be issued.
If you cancel your sponsorship early, it will continue to run until the end of the paid period, and no prorated refund will be given.

Example: If you purchase a 30-day Featured Supplier sponsorship and decide to cancel after 10 days, your listing will remain featured for the remaining 20 days. No refund will be provided.

4. Product Listings

Product listings are non-refundable once published.
We do not charge listing fees, but any upgrades or promotional fees paid for enhanced visibility are non-refundable.

5. Lead Credits

Lead credits purchased as part of subscription plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are not refundable.

6. Exceptions (Discretionary)

In rare cases, we may consider refunds at our sole discretion:

Technical Issues: If a service is unavailable due to a technical issue on our side for more than 48 hours, we may issue a prorated refund.
Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate payment.
Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions: If we detect unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, we may reverse such charges.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns regarding a transaction, please contact us first to seek a resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution clause in our Terms and Conditions, which requires negotiation and, if necessary, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
